Fyelbet is not connected to a payment gateway. You send money from your own account, then tell us about it:

1. On the Deposit page, choose a method and enter the amount.
2. Transfer exactly that amount to the account shown.
3. Paste the full confirmation SMS you received and confirm.

We match the transaction reference and amount in your SMS with the payment we received and credit your balance automatically — usually within minutes. Until then the request is Pending and nothing is added to your balance. If the amount you sent differs from the amount you entered, we check it by hand and credit what actually arrived. Each payment reference can only be used once.

Request a withdrawal on the Withdraw page with the account you want to be paid to. The amount is held from your balance immediately, so it cannot be staked while the request is open.

Every withdrawal is reviewed and paid by a member of our team. It shows as Pending while it is reviewed, and Paid once the money has been sent. If a request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet.

Log in with the same phone number and your password. If you are logged out while playing, log in again — your balance and history are unaffected.
